2025 in review: a year of milestones
2025 has been successful for us, and we are thankful to our clients for choosing Beyondo as their personal recruitment partner. This year was about finding agile solutions for our clients. Some needed HR assistance and interim support to cover employee absences, and we were there to help.
We were invited to Almedalen to discuss why Sweden needs international talent and how companies can recognise its value. Our message was clear: inclusion matters, and international experience adds value. We also spoke at an event for an international audience hosted by La French Tech, sharing practical advice on how to land a job in Sweden and navigate cultural differences.
Clients from the Netherlands found us because they could speak Dutch with our team. For companies entering a new market, having a partner who speaks their language – literally and figuratively – builds confidence and helps them create strong local teams. Even if we embrace the idea of recruiting internationals who do not speak Swedish (yet), we understand that many companies feel safer hiring someone who speaks Swedish. But for a client entering a new market, the challenge is different. If they have a partner who understands their language and culture, they trust us to help them build a local team.
We also participated in 1046’s inclusion program at Nordiska Museet, where we emphasised that people should feel they belong. We joined an event at Stockholm University for HR students – the future HR, TA and business leaders – and shared our message: embrace international experience, look beyond a resume, and create cultures where people belong. If we build local islands, companies will not be able to compete globally.
Community connections and visibility
We are proud members of the Dutch Chamber in Sweden and enjoy building relationships in this community, including events at the ambassador’s residence. We also value invitations to initiatives that matter, such as inclusion programs and university events shaping the next generation of HR leaders.
This year, Beyondo was featured in HR-svepet, where Karin shared insights on recruitment and inclusion, and in Dutch media Werf&, highlighting our international perspective and how we help international companies land in Sweden. These opportunities allow us to amplify our message: recruitment is about more than filling positions – it’s about creating belonging and building competitive organisations.
Looking ahead to 2026
2026 will be about continuing this journey and introducing new ways to create value. We will strengthen our support for international recruitment and market entry in Sweden, expand interim solutions for flexibility, and offer services like outplacement, where career coaching is a part of the package. Our goal remains the same: to be your personal recruitment partner, ready to support our clients wherever we can.
