# Do you have the right (sales) salary?

The National Association of Sellers and its sister organizations in Denmark, Finland and Norway recently presented a certification for the titles in sales. Here, you can see if you have the right salary when we list the salary ranges for the five different sales titles.

 

Based on extensive member surveys from trade unions in the Nordic countries, 151 different sales titles have been categorized into five professional titles, in which you who work in sales can be certified. Here we have listed the job titles and their salary ranges so you can see if you have the right salary!

**Sales director**  
Fixed salary/month: SEK 84,043  
Variable salary/month: SEK 16,547  
Total salary/month: SEK 100,590

**Sales manager**  
Fixed salary/month: SEK 61,225  
Variable salary/month: SEK 10,393  
Total salary/month: SEK 71,617

**Key Account Manager**  
Fixed salary/month: SEK 51,637  
Variable salary/month: SEK 10,760  
Total salary/month: SEK 62,397

**Account Manager**  
Fixed salary/month: SEK 41,221  
Variable salary/month: SEK 13,867  
Total salary/month: SEK 55,088

**Sales Consultant**  
Fixed salary/month:  
Variable salary/month:  
Total salary/month: SEK 48,800*

The salaries are taken from the Sales Salary Barometer 2023. The survey was conducted in February 2023 as a web-based quantitative survey aimed at people who are active in a sales or sales management position. The selection consists of Försäljningschefen.se's subscribers, purchased address registers and spontaneous responses via social media. A total of 4,155 people participated in the survey.

**According to Ratsit.se, the title has not previously been included in the sales salary barometer.*
